When Encompass takes over your WordPress support and maintenance we begin with identifying then meeting  your expectations.  As a matter of practice we go through the following preset steps to ensure that your website is functioning at peak levels.  First, a complete copy of your website and then copied over to our server as well as all email addresses and other necessary files.  Once the site is copied we test to make certain that all aspects of your are functioning as expected.  Next your site is backup to our cloud storage.  Then WordPress, installed themes and plug-in are all updated to the current release.  Again you site is test for functionality.  Then your database is optimized and the site is hardened to help resist unwanted or malicious attacks.

During this process we remove all malware, viruses and sure-up user accounts to meet today’s best practices.  Next all emails are forwarded to a single email address while the DNS change propagates (so no emails are lost).  Within 48 hours, normally less than 6, your domain is now on our server with no interruption of service.

There is a onetime fee for these services, which includes 1 year of hosting, domain registration and website analysis.  This service is free with all new website developed by our team.
